Place is owned and operated by Mary Anne White.
Mary
Anne is originally from a family of florists and entertainers. Mary
Anne's great grandfather sang with Gilbert and Sullivan and his daughter
opened a flower shop. The family has been in Trenton since 1923.
After many years of working in the flower shop Mary Anne decided to
branch out. In September of 1985 the new family business started,
"Andjareena's Place".
The store
now has an extensive line of heirloom sewing
supplies, a large selection of quilting
fabric. She also offers many cross stitch,embroidery and tapestry
patterns and quality kits.The knitting
room is filled with every color under the rainbow
to make a special sweater.
Recently
Mary Anne has started a Teddy Bear
section, with patterns,eyes, joints,glass beads,
mohair and german synthetics. Everything you could want to make your
own cuddly bear.
